★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using this company for my business for the past 10 years. Had an issue with my bank account so a payment didn't go through - called them to make sure everything was okay since the payment was returned and they said yes. Got a cancellation notice the next week I assumed didn't matter because she told me everything was fine. Noticed my payment didn't go through again the next month - emailed to inquire Thursday afternoon. Got an EMAIL response over 24 hours later indicating we did not have insurance on our vehicles, that it had been cancelled almost two months ago and that she would be in Monday morning and could help?!?!? This to me should have been an urgent phone call! We have been driving for 2 months commercial vehicles on major highways with no insurance and she emailed end of day Friday to let me know she could assist me the following week! So disappointed - moving all my accounts from here. They took very little responsibility and tried to put it back on me. I am just so thankful we didn't have any accidents during the time we didn't have any coverage. After over 20 years here I am moving elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 18 months of trying to get paid out my Economical Insurance the Economical Manager finally worked out that the delay was due to Western Financial not doing the paper work correctly as my Broker. Embarrassed, Economical Insurance sent me a Cheque the next day. Its poor service, no professionalism and Western Financial costs more than than other Brokers.

I had worked with Western Financial Group - Alberta to quote business insurance. It was through their representative Hammy. While I provided him needed documentations/requirements within 24 hours, we had noted ETA for quote to be 48 hours. I waited for more than 7 days for a follow-up with no response from them.
When I did follow-up, he provided rude response with "no" quote asking me to proceed with other insurance vendor.
Goal here is to let others know waiting on western financial about the wait with no followup and response to customers. If you can't make it back to customer, atleast have the curtsey to act professionally.
If possible, I had rate then negative but I guess there as there is no option, will give them 1 for horrible service.
