★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALL BRANCHES or so it seems. Change staff regularly. Must know extension number of who you want to speak to if you phone in but as there is always new ones how could you possibly know their extension and name? Best to deal elsewhere if you think you may ever need to deal with them on the phone. That was a zero rating; offset by a 4 rating when you go into the location and deal with the staff on a one to one basis; so the average rating of a 2. Thankfully have not had any claims so cannot comment on that area and dreading if that day should come.

Of course I was able to renew over the phone but what was absolutely amazing was that Macreena went above and beyond when she offered to drop off the decals at my home. Thank you, Macarena!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit, especially with the pandemic, I have had a difficult time navigating changes and handling the details of moving in and out of province. Beyond that, I have been troubled and confused with the process of starting insurance in a new place. Macreena Saunders may very well be an angel sent for the messy like me-- she was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the processes and made everything make perfect sense. She is warm, welcoming, and professional, and truly saved me from a load of stress. I feel I really understood all of my options and how they would pan out, and in that I actually feel comfortable with the plan I have. If you can, go see her, and you'll be well taken care of.
