They have always been accommodating and I can't say enough about the service they provide. They go above and beyond to try and get me the books I need. And once an order is placed for textbooks they send it within a couple days.

I can request a quote, order books and have them delivered to me within a few weeks! I would highly recommend them for all your novel needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since the Alberta Government shut down its textbook warehouse I have been going to Western Campus as my one stop shop for all things textbooks! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very prompt service and competitive pricing! Highly recommend them. I've been telling all my librarian coworkers to check them out for years! It's time I told the internet too.

Their service is very efficient and professional. When we did a clean out of our book room, Gerard and his staff were quick to come and buy some of our texts which we didn't use anymore. I would highly recommend them to any school that is searching for textbooks they are in need of.

I am the Learning Commons Library Assistant at a newly expanded high school and we have ordered all of our textbooks and novel study sets for gr.10-12 from them. From getting the initial quote to the delivery, the whole process is so smooth and easy. The quality of their used books is amazing, which means amazing savings for our school!! I've even had a few defective products and they have replaced them, no questions asked. Hands down the best customer service of any company I've dealt with!!
