Westend Bath and Kitchen Centre

Thanks to Westend Bath and Kitchen I have a beautiful kitchen. My designer Joanna had a great eye for detail and a talent for blending styles and colours into a beautiful product while respecting my personal taste. My lead contractors Eric and Alain were hardworking, reliable and meticulous. All the subcontractors did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to contract Westend again.

We just had our kitchen renovated by Westend Bath and Kitchen. We are repeat customers, as Westend had done our bathroom and we were delighted with the service and results. I should add that my in-laws have also gone to Westend twice over the years for bathroom renovations, and were very happy with the results. From beginning to end of our kitchen renovation, the staff was wonderful. Our project manager Alan was involved and responsive to our needs. The designer Valerie was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly: always available to answer questions in a timely manner. The two-man crew (Moe and Randy) who worked at our house was skilled, accommodating and professional. The quote was detailed and accurate… no hidden costs. The work was completed when they said it would be, and stayed on budget. The crew kept the workspace very clean while they worked, and we felt comfortable enough to leave them to do their work while we went away on vacation for part of the time involved. They provided us with a temporary sink and counter mid-way through the job, so we were inconvenienced for as little time as possible. Finally, and most importantly, we are thrilled with our new modern and functional kitchen.

Last year I contracted Westend Bath and Kitchen for a renovation to my ensuite bathroom. I dealt with Peter Schneider who was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The installation saw some minor delays but the new ensuite looks beautiful and I won't hesitate to use Westend Bath and Kitchen again. The only reason I haven't rated perfect is because it was not possible to obtain a realistic depiction of the design due to the software tool used (example attached). Given todays technology and as the renovation cost was just over 30K, it would have been nice to see a realistic and coloured renditioning of the design. Other than that, the job was perfect :) Thank you.

Westend Bath and Kitchen recently remodelled our kitchen and surpassed our expectations! We went from a small, poorly designed space to a dream kitchen! Designer Sarah seemed to read our minds! She suggested a new layout that was totally in sync with our thoughts and then put together colours and materials that work beautifully in the new space. The quality of both the work and materials would be hard to beat. The renovation crews were professional, courteous and punctual. We had heard that living through a kitchen renovation could be extremely stressful, but found the opposite to be true because of the high standards of Westend Bath and Kitchen!

We recently completed a three-week renovation of our main bathroom and powder room with Westend Bath and Kitchen. Our designer, Kendra, provided excellent advice, support and service. She guided us through the many options available when choosing the materials required. When changes were needed, she was very co-operative and helpful to ensure we were fully satisfied with our selections. Chris, our contractor, did an outstanding job. His workmanship was of the highest quality and he was very reliable, professional, co-operative and pleasant to work with. All aspects of the job were handled very professionally and efficiently and the project was completed as scheduled. Thanks to everyone at Westend who worked on our project to ensure that all went well and that we were fully satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend Westend Bath and Kitchen.

WBK took our ideas and dreams and made them into a reality. First off, we met with Kendra, our designer, and she did an amazing job. She took our ideas and showed us samples and designs that were exactly what we were looking for. The quote that we received was detailed and clear, and better than the two other quotes we received. The workers (Mike, Phil, Tom, Matt,Rick, Joey and Aaron) were clean, respectful, fun, and did an incredible job. They cleaned up every day, asked us for our opinion, and were hard working. The final product was better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend using Westend Bath and Kitchen!!!

Our Experience with Westend Bath and Kitchen When we were researching ideas and companies for our planned kitchen and bathroom renovation, we received a highly positive recommendation from friends who had both their kitchen and bathroom upgraded by Westend Bath and Kitchen on separate occasions. The moment we stepped into Westend’s showroom and met Brenda, who would become our designer, we felt a level of comfort and confidence that would remain with us throughout the project. We had given a lot of thought to what we wanted to achieve with the renovation, and Brenda worked creatively and patiently with us through iterations of the plan and the selection of the many materials and features to ensure that we would get the beauty and functionality that we desired. When Brenda, Al (store manager) and Rick (project supervisor) came to our house to do careful measurements and discuss intricate details of the work, we again know that we had made the correct choice in selecting Westend Bath and Kitchen. The work was scheduled to begin on February 21 and started early that morning. By the end of the first day, our kitchen had been completely gutted and Rick’s crew had helped us set up a temporary kitchen in our adjacent dining room. The guys were always polite, obliging and extremely competent, including the electrician and cabinet installer who came in to perform their specialties. In addition, they cleaned the work area before leaving at the end of each day. Any questions or concerns were answered fully and the crew was able to seamlessly incorporate our small additional requests, as we thought of several “wouldn’t it be nice to also do this while the guys are here” wishes. They did their utmost to make sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout the construction period; for example, ensuring that we always had a functioning bathroom. We were told that the project would take five to six weeks, but happily, it was completed in exactly four weeks, and to our complete satisfaction! The renovation exceeded our high expectations in every way. We would strongly recommend Westend Bath and Kitchen for anyone thinking of renovating their kitchen or bathroom as we are confident that the project would be completed in a highly professional, competent and cost-competitive way. We had our kitchen and powder room renovated by Westend Bath and Kitchen, and we could not be happier! Right from the beginning, working with the amazing designer Loretta, who took the time to listen to what we wanted and designed us a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also works well for our needs, and somehow made it feel and look more spacious. To working with the contractor, Eddie and his team, who did a Wonderful job and who were very professional, and attentive to what we wanted and to when we had any concerns.
