★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Westcoast did an amazing job on my home theatre about a year ago. Had an issue months later with the projector I chose and they been there EVERY step of the way in trying to figure out the problem and fix it. They done this because the company wants every client to be happy for years to come. I'd recommend this company to any person in Vancouver or around as you are guaranteed quality work and service.

Unfortunately, booking on-site service took considerably longer than expected and resulted in a missed appointment, which is the reason for the 3 star review. Although I was refused future service, Armand was responsive in providing the information required for transitioning my business.

I happened upon Westcoast Audio Video Gallery by chance and was delighted with their level of quality product, thoughtful advice, and above all, the patience to answer all my questions without making me feel inferior. Claude was a rare salesman who genuinely cared about me getting what I truly wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armand and his team was very professional and efficient in creating the movie theatre room in our house. Not only are they very knowledgeable, they communicate very well on the steps and budget cost needed to finish the job.
Armand is a one of the best guys to work with as he will always be available when you have any questions or concerns. The final product was outstanding and my family is now enjoying our new media room all the time.

It is always a great experience working with these guys. I've hired Westcoast Audio Video on 3 separate projects now - 1 commercial (boardroom audio & video for a parent company of a national TV network sports broadcaster) and 2 personal residential properties (both home audio & video, and just recently in our new home, we added a video surveillance system). Each and every time delivering custom solutions and outstanding service.
These guys are pro and there's a reason why other professionals in other fields hire them. From pro athletes to executives and affluent business owners to highlight a few in the Vancouver market area, I can confidently say WAVG is the best. This says a lot considering the options out there. The expertise and knowledge is second to none. From their professional recommendations, to product, and to installation, I can assure you based on my experience you're in very good hands.
I highly recommend Rob or Armand to take care and walk you through your project. You'll completely understand and agree with this post once you do and work with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our relationship with WCAV began when Rob, the owner opened the door on a Saturday after hours to show my husband and daughter what his company had to offer. We were in the early days of a total home renovation and had not been impressed with other companies. That day Rob opened the door was the beginning of our relationship with WCAV. We soon met Armand who guided us through the process of selecting products and services to provide us with a home theatre and entertainment area with seating, Control4 lighting, window treatments, audio distribution, and security. They also provided us with TVs with mounts for our home and rental suite. They worked seamlessly with our electrician. At one point, we discovered an issue with mounting a TV above our fireplace, but Armand came up with a solution that we are very pleased with. The entire team from Rob to Armand and the installers of Sean, Lawrence and Nic are nothing but professional, respectable and knowledgeable. Work areas were always left clean (something other trades do not always do). Always available for questions and concerns, they even provided a temporary screen for us for our daughter's birthday party while waiting for the one on order to arrive. Now that is service!!!! Our expectations were greatly exceeded from our initial plan ideas. They have connected us with other professionals that can complete our vision (painters for the speaker covers, shades and drapery providers). Can't say enough good things about this group. Great products (both Canadian and international), great service, great communication, great knowledge, great value. Highly recommend this company.
