(This has happened several time's here)
Just got off the phone with a guy named Maurizio P and he said email him the part number because he's too busy to look up a price. I had the product part number ready but no price!! Why is he even answering the phone then? Not buying from this location ever again!!
Called another westburn and received a price in 1 minute!!! Now I can do MY JOB and price this for my customer ASAP.
