★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was overcharged by recieving the wrong discount (the employee entered a smaller discount than advertised). Because of the return policy, even the manager wouldn't give me a refund, only store credit. Being stuck with store credit meant I had to spend more money there in order to use it (it wasn't enough credit to fully cover the purchase of anything). Ridiculous that I couldn't even get my money back because of an employee's mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hollow shell of what it used to be. You can’t even buy individual parts for your skateboard. They have opted for the complete skateboard deals, and not much selection beyond Zoo York.
The clothes are fairly cheap and there are always deals, but I find most of the clothes to be cheaply made. There is very few brands there, I don’t know why, but it’s mostly Zoo York and a few others. The best brand in there and the most expensive is Thrasher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy the staff here a lot. They have great customer service, friendly, super helpful and stayed positive and happy during Xmas.
I would actually give 5 stars, but the answering a cell phone call and dealing with family matters, and having to hear about it while cashing me out? Manager or not, that is not cool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is so well set up! I had to do back to school shopping and it was amazing to shop there. The staff were super knowledgeable and super friendly!!! The prices were excellent!!! I would highly recommend shopping at West 49 in North Bay to anyone and everyone! Thank you to such an impressive staff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place, great for your skateboarding needs and back to school clothing, love the clothing, the employees are amazing, very kind, talkative, relatable, I'd say give em a raise, loved it, id give it more than 5 stars if i could, my kind of place, very welcoming, give this place a look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys crushed it My son and the family felt a real connection with the staff it went out of their way to make him feel I'll important as a brand new skater The guy at the checkout even showed us his broken shoulder which my son shared And the sale was awesome am I actually ended up spending about 2:00 bucks But I didn't feel ripped off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in to check on snowboard jackets. Staff quickly and professionally offered to help, but jacket stock was limited. The location is organized, clean, and has helpful staff. I recommend checking them out for skateboards and clothing.
