β β β β β Very large space for dogs to run around and have fun. I like how it's connected by a bridge to the Don Trail for some great long walks, but also accessible by Cabbagetown. My only issue is that it's often muddy, but the dogs love it!

β β β β β This is the largest off-leash green space and absolute best place to play fetch with your dog in city. It is not fully fenced in but given the size and openness of the park it should be safe for your dog as long as you have somewhat of a recall. It can get pretty hot in the summer due to the lack of shade but there is a water fountain for dogs near the public washrooms. There's also parking spots next to the park on Carleton st. This is easily one of my favourite places to take my dog to in Toronto.

β β β β β This is one of the best dog parks in the city. Wide open off leash space for people and dogs.
However, you should know that:
There is no seating or shade.
The dog park area is down a hill, so you either have to take stairs or walk down a road.
The road has a sign that says cyclists need to get off their bikes, but they all ignore it and go speeding down the hill.
There are a lot of dogs who like to take other dogsβ balls. They will return them but itβs annoying to have to watch owners chase down their dog to get it back.
