★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fence has big gaps between the bars, so there's a "small dog" section. You'd think the small dog section would have smaller gaps in the fence, but it has the same huge gaps, and any small dog can slip right through. This is the only dog park with that problem so I don't know why the city of Toronto decided to use a that type of fence for this particular dog park.
