Sleeped sound for the first time in years and my shoulder, lower back and neck pain was almost gone! I highly recommend this and will continue to go for maintenance as needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Stehmeier for around 8 years, and his NUCCA method, combined with Active Release Therapy and traditional chiropractic adjustments when necessary, has been the best chiropractic experience we have ever had. Other chiropractors we've had typically do more forceful adjustments, have lots of talk about subluxations, and expect you to come back to see them very often, sometimes multiple times a week or at least once a week. Our experience with other chiropractors left us sometimes in more pain and having to spend more on therapies that ended up ineffective. With Josh's gentle but highly effective NUCCA adjustments in the neck area, we were able to feel well adjusted and we wouldn't need adjustments but every month or so at the most. He does physical therapy as well as ART, and gives suggestions for effective stretches and exercises. Josh's friendly demeanour helps him quickly build rapport with his clients and he is a movie buff, so it is pleasant to talk about movies or other subjects as he is a good conversationalist. Overall, we unreservedly recommend Dr. Stehmeier and wish him the best at his new West Kelowna location.
