★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I didn't call this clinic to reschedule my daughter's appointment, I would've went there on the day of the appointment only to be told it was cancelled. Once the program/appointments are cancelled they really should call ppl with appointments that are coming up that it's cancelled until further notice. #courtesycall
Also, why is it every time I call there, the person answering the phone sound like they hate their job?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kept calling them to book an appointment for my 4 yo daughter and they kept hanging up on me. How the h*ll am I supposed to book an appointment when these people won't even answer your call. Everytime I call, they kept hanging up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has no respect for rights of both parents to give informed consent with respect to healthcare for their children, nor for provincial health guidelines.
To my first point, they only allow one parent in the room for the vaccination appointment. How can I as a Father give informed consent to my child's vaccinations if I am not even allowed in the room to hear of the risks of these vaccinations from the nurse (or vise versa for my wife). This is made even more egregious by the fact that Alberta is now in stage 3 of reopening and thus there are no capacity limits for buildings.
Furthermore, even though Alberta has deemed it safe enough to not wear masks in indoor public spaces this clinic denies people the ability to make decisions about their own health, gauge their risk level from covid, and choose whether or not they want to wear a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened to this place? I had great experiences before Covid, but they run this place now like they are in a third world country. I am still trying to figure out who is in charge and sort out HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ School immunization. First she can find forms that they arranged for my son to come to office to sign. He signed early as he was not available on shot day. She then found papers and insisted she talk to him about custody. She was told school had custody papers. Dad has 60%custody and final decision on medical and school mom has not seen kids in 9 months. He came home with no shots. Was told he would have to wait 6 month. The lady needs to be disciplined by bosses, I want his shots done and they need to find a way to get this done now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front desk with the dark hair is very rude. Looks like she doesn't want to be there or deal with people. Tells you that she needed my child's AHC to book the next appointment, so I went to the car and grabbed it. I come back and told me she doesn't need it. Not the right person to be working at the front desk. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my child for her 1 yr vaccinations. The lady was beyond rough. She bent the needle and hit the bone on my child. She made her scream and cry. Nearly a week later there's still a bruise and mark from it. Her arm is still sore. My hubby was holding her down and there was no reason for her to be as rough as she was. I will be rescheduling my appointment with another clinic.
