TO THE OWNER: In response to "I don't know who you are" I sent my first request for a quote through your website in May . Your system generates a message to expect a response 48 hours later. I waited
several days and sent my second request for a quote through your website (also in May)
. When I didn't hear back a second time , I sent you an email. And again, did not hear back
Your response to the review was rude and showed all future potential customers your poor customer service skills .
