Trish was absolutely amazing, very informative, knowledgeable, personable and she showed genuine care and concern for me and my family! Stephanie was also amazing, she knows her stuff and leaves no stone unturned. Chris & Shane both came to chat with me and my children, offered beverages, and even gave my children their own “new cars”. Joel did the final delivery checklist, he sat in the vehicle with me and went over everything I needed to know, even the function of all 46 buttons in my dash. ? West City Honda has made a lifetime customer thanks to a referral from a good friend! Keep up the great work West City, you should all be very proud of yourselves!

Trish Dickinson put me at ease right away and it felt that way though the whole process. She varied the conversation from the car details to a more personal one. Found out we live almost next to each other. It was like we were sitting at a coffee shop rather than buying a car. The support team was excellent as well. Friendly and informative. People not directly involved in my process struck up light hearted conversations which I appreciated. Stephanie Elder was fantastic in pulling all licensing, insurance, and finance together. Nothing was slipped in last minute. Very organized and fast to respond via emails. I value the reputation West City Honda has and is why I went straight there for my new Civic. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

I can genuinely say that it was the best car buying experience, in my 48 years of buying cars. The end-to-end experience was pleasant and painless, which is what most customers want. No pressure, and no pressure to buy anything I didn't ask for, which plagues many peoples car-buying experiences. I would highly recommend West City Honda.
