★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing above and beyond company! When I realized at the last minute that I had run out of paper products right before a major event weekend, one of the sales reps. (Ken) went above and beyond to come in on a weekend, get the supplies, and personally deliver them!
Wesclean has continually proven that they are a company that strives to put the customer first, and because of it they will be the company I choose and recommend!

How they let this continue is actually baffling. I literally making the same request after each invoice either by phone or email every single time.

How they let this continue is actually baffling. I am literally making the same request after each invoice either by phone or email every single time.
Asking for a simple call back regarding the state of a parts order takes multiple requests and you may get a call back within the next week.
Any delays regarding repairs or parts are not brought up to you as the customer via any means of contact but rather found out about later on as you attempt to follow up on the on the service call.
I thought their recent acquisition by bunzle cleaning would have a positive effect on how they conduct business. There has been no change months later.
