The instructor was fabulous learned more in 4 hours with this gentleman than all the other times I went in for forklift training over the years at other places

I receive terrible customer service. The order was done through several emails and it was confirmed that I was getting what I needed. At some point the sales representative changed what I was trying to order. I ended up with not all the parts that were required. I had agreed that I would buy a few parts that were used. When we received the shipment there was one part that was damaged, that was thought to be a used part. It ended up that it was a new part that had been damaged. The only solution I received from Arpac was to use a hammer to straighten it out, which it took them a week and a half to come up with. I spoke with Brian and was told that we signed for the goods so there is nothing more they can do. On top of all this I had to pay $500 shipping because it had to come from Delta not from the place I called in Edmonton. Extremely disappointed with their service!
