★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had found a over the range microwave onm sale on their website and had called and spoke with a sales person named Chelsea, as I wanted to confirm measurements and availability. I asked if I could order over the phone to hold the sale price but she said I couldnt unless we were already an existing customer (for fraud purposes - which is understandable). I asked if she would take a card to hold the order as it would take approx 7-10 days to bring in. She again said no due to fraud. I sent my husband to the store and within 20 (I have the website photo and they call times (2) I had made to her) the until had "apparently sold" even though she said if he would be right over it wouldn't be a problem to order. I was leary to go to the store as we are on the first day of "mandatory social distancing and kids being off school" but decided to send husband there against my better judgment becuase I was told 20 min prior that I could order it.
Amazingly when he got there they said NO longer in stock and offered him a model in a different finish at a much higher price or to price match on a much lower quality unit.
I feel that they will do anything necessary to get you into the store. I am very disappointed in the company and will not shop there again. (Especially with the circumstances that are going on right now and expressing my concern by phone.)
Bottom line with Coast Appliances... if you find a deal "too good to be true" on their website and they tell you you cant order online because its a clearance price... dont bother... the deal is too good to be true..

I do not appreciate the tone nor the attitude in reply to a simple question. If you’re having a bad day, leave it at the door, if this is your regular demeanour... im sorry you are so unhappy.
