★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Wendy's but I'm only giving it a 3 because the dining room has been closed for months. I don't get why if all other restaurants allow indoor dining the only reason I can think of is that they dont want to be asking for vaccination proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week for months now, sometimes the drive thru is packed and others it's not. When Saxon is working, I never worry about my order accuracy, its always right. Other times I don't get exactly what I ordered even though it's a standard combo #4 with a coke. I've tried to email corporate with a compliment for Saxon even, but the app is malfunctioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2 weeks ago we went through the drive thru placed our order which included bacon cheese poutine which we did not get. Instead, we got a small fry. Will be checking our order before we leave next time.
Tonight, my son ordered through Skip and said the last 3 times, Wendy's had forgotten an item on EACH order. You did it again!!!! Ordered a double combo with large fry and coke...NO FRIES!!!
PLEASE GET THE CREW TO DO A QUICK DOUBLE CHECK ON THE ORDER!
The food was satisfactory, but would like to get what we paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a small lineup so I figured it must be worth the wait but was disappointed. I have never gotten fries anywhere in my 49 yrs that were as cold as the ones I got....Im pretty sure a couple were half frozen!!!!! Deluxe burger was okay, had to pull over and check that it was fully cooked to be safe. Received a diet coke when I ordered just regular coke. Will not be back to this location.
