Lady in the drive through didn't even say two words to me not even hello ,then didn't even fill my drink all the way.

Ordered through feastify and they missed 2 of our items and when I called to complain the lady said that I didn't order the 2 items they missed and she was laughing like it was funny. Very poor customer service. Do not appreciate being laughed at for something they messed up!

Took forever to get our food and the entire place was filthy. No one is cleaning tables and all the garbage cans are overflowing. There's debris all over the floor.

Hinton location has this one Caucasian medium blonde haired guy went there and ordered from him he was very rude and didnt even care about doing his job properly I think he needs a tune up with his attitued or to be let go but everyone else was nice

Orders get messed up constantly. Last time I asked for 2 plain cheese burgers for the kids, I get buns with no patties in them.

This location is really bad for ignoring orders. Twice I've ordered chicken and got beef, which upset my stomach. Thankfully, they fixed it the second time. Today, I ordered ahead for a grab and go, ASAP takeout order. They waited until I arrived to make it, it wasn't busy at the time. When I tried to ask politely about this, they ignored me the first 2 or 3 times I brought it up before they finally blamed the weather. They made me wait 10 minutes, for a total of about 20. Charged me for large coffee, told me they only had medium and wouldn't give me back the difference; eventually after some back and forth they offered me a second one instead. Weird flex but, okay. I ordered salad, which I even added toppings to. They gave me fries and rolled their eyes when I pointed it out. She asked me if I wanted my milk and sugar on the side, I said that I'd like it in the coffee. They gave it to me on the side anyways. She offered me the milk I ordered on the app but, gave me cream. I asked after checking the bag, she finally told me they don't have any milk, either. Super disappointed. Between the apps inaccuracies in relation to store stock, the inability of the staff to check their tickets, communicate with customers and actually get orders out when they're due for pickup... This was a bad experience. I've deleted the app and will be avoiding this location in the future.
