★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to edo restaurant at 18:00 in December 39 2021. I said I want beef edo. The girl at the counter said something I didn't understand, she said it again, I didn't understand because she had a mask in her mouth and a very bad English language and she repeated the same thing loudly for the 3rd time, I understood what she was saying but I didn't understand. I was angry because she said it loudly and shouted, her actions were not normal, so I warned her, she told me not to yell at the customer, there was no service, I didn't care at all, the restaurant was empty anyway. That girl at the cash register should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by during our drive from Edmonton to Jasper. Were pleasantly greeted by the owner/manager. We tried the chicken teriyaki rice meal. It was fresh and delicious. The owner/manager was kind enough to let us try the veg noodle complimentary. Would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online chicken yakisoba bento and got chicken on rice which was overcooked , there was no wasabi, no ginger, no apple juice , no napkin in the bag. Considering Edo in whitecourt is always super nice it's Very disappointing! It looked like new staff that didn't know what they were doing maybe a vivid lack of staff but where was the owner then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened since march 2019 as the gentlemen at the counter told me. Love Edo Japan anywhere you go you can expect qualty food. I do like the bento box which comes with your choices of Sukiyaki, Teriyaki and many more main dishes. You also get 2 side dish which I like sushi for both. Yummy...I am a happy long term customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier lady looks asian doesn’t listen to order properly asked for spring roll was given shrimp tempura, then asked hot sauce not plum still given plum sauce to deal with always rushing anyhow Food tasted good and fresh.
