★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the wendys location in Mississauga at 1520 Aimco Blvd around 12:30PM on Sunday July 11 2021. I drove to the drive thru window and ordered a spicy chicken wrap and small poutine paid $5.20. When I got to the window I paid and waited a few minutes(3-4) before someone came back to the window and handed me my order. I arrived back home around 12:45Pm I live fairly close by. When I check my bag I noticed the poutine looked different. I opened the lid there was no cheese on the poutine. So I immediately called the store and the person who answered took my name and advised me that I will be compensated on my next visit. I appreciate that they have problem solving solutions in place but had there been communication and order accuracy in store this review could have been different. Overall the stores does provide quick service and I had no issues until this occurred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 20 minutes for someone to take my drive thru order which I was the only car there & they kept telling me to wait a minute & put me on hold. 3 different people took my order and when I finally got my order it was completely wrong & i was charged for 2 extra burgers I didn’t order or receive. Absolutely horrible service and staff nearly threw my order at me and shut the window. I didn’t realize until i drove away that my order was wrong and that I was charged incorrectly. Please hire staff who speak English and can properly take orders…absolutely horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get family meal. Fries were cold. Worker was rude. Waiting time UNBELIEVABLE. A person in front of me waited over 10 minutes for A COFFEE!!!! I waited 15 minutes for fresh fries. Will never go to this location again or any other.!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always fresh and good, however the fountain drinks need some serious work. Most times I go to this location the drinks taste like they’ve come from a dirty empty machine. The Diet Coke in particular is very gross. I hope management at this location can address this issue with their employees because it’s been going on for a few months now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in, chicken wrap experience. Meat was definitely off putting, borderline dumpster, smelled, masked by the spicy sauce (the sauce was very nice though). The wrap itself was cold and not warmed as the rest of the food.
Staff were disengaged, a complete pass through experience. I'm was not looking for triple AAA dining experience but this time it was a complete dive experience. I honestly hope that management is reading these reviews and is not going to provide a generic 'we are sorry' replies.

The burger was acceptable and the prep speed was short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portabella mushroom baked potato was delicious. Served hot and fresh by well-trained polite helpful staff. It's a perfect quick gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.
