I was so impressed with Wendy's tenacious effort to get my niece her first home that I told our family Wendy would be our next agent. 5 years later we hired Wendy to sell our investment property here in Ottawa. My wife and I were fed up with the renting game and decided to sell our property based on Wendy's experience and her advice on Ottawa's hot market. Wendy brought multiple offers on our property in a short period of time. With Wendy's guidance and expertise, we decided to accept an offer much higher then what we would have ourselves.
