★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a broken coffee maker bought at that store with no receipt, the owner was nice enough to say "pick out a new one at a comparable price". I am always surprised how much stock they have in a small store and competitive prices. If they don't have it they can order it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff here are super helpful and nice. I had somebody helping me looking for a part, and we may have found one. They asked another employee that was sitting at a computer for help on how to find what the part was associated with, and the response was. "I don't know... look maybe?" and went back to their computer. A little harsh and made it very uncomfortable. The store is very disorganized, and it isn't clear what's open to the public and what isn't. Won't be back.

diverse inventory. Pricing is often less then the 'big box'
stores and the customer service and advice of the employees / owner
is second to none. There is always someone to assist you, which
is helpful when you are not sure what you are doing (toilet replacement!).
Our first choice when looking to do any home repairs and upgrades.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of quality products, and at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok. Doesn't have wheelchair access, it's also small like squeeze fit to look at things. Can't fit a wheelchair in the store. Better to order the stuff online better selection than in store.
