Wendy's team members are professional, responsible, great communicators and care enough to help through each step of selling your home. Boriana staged our house, showing off it's best features. Tatiana worked behind the scenes, keeping us up to date on all our "to-do" lists, from the selling all the way through to moving out day. Working with Wendy is like working with a trusted friend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy is the hardest working agent I’ve ever met. She is always hunting down new listings, getting info from other agents and has a great deal of knowledge about the market. I would recommend her 100% to any type of client whether it’s a first time home buyer, a seasoned investor or an established family. Wendy helped me get well over asking and coached me on everything from staging to overall aesthetic. She also helped me find a great new home and was incredibly helpful counselling me in the bidding process which is very competitive currently. Without her input I’m confident I wouldn’t have successfully bought a place with the market as aggressive as it is.
She’s very easy to get a hold of and is always working. I honestly can’t recommend Wendy and her team more.
