She told me to go to the website tomorrow. I guess i don't look like her ideal customer..a senior and retired? I was thinking of making an offer but will pass based on principle. I am shocked at her lack of professionalism. Shame on you! I hope for your sake she's not your realtor.

I sent an email regarding a waterfront property in Perth and was copied on an email 6 days later directed to another prospective buyer, disclosing his status (investor) and contact information (with me on bcc). When none of my questions were answered, I called Barbara which was quickly dismissed because she was driving. I was told that she would call be back but she didn't. The next day I called back to get answers to the two questions I asked 7 days ago and I was told (very admittedly) that Patti sent me an email yesterday and she told Barbara that she sent me an email. In fact, no email was sent and the only email that "Patti" ever responded to had nothing to do with me.There was no attempt by Barbara at any point to book a showing or retain my services (as an unrepresented buyer) which is standard procedure and she has been almost unbearable to communicate with. Initially, I wondered why this house was on the market so long, but it became very clear in the very brief interactions we've had (her choice, not mine). To be clear, the mistaken email can be viewed as a human error and is entirely forgivable, however after speaking with her it's clear that she just doesn't care at all.
