K	Kim Bosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up package within listed business hours and they were closed. Called Canada Post and they gave me their direct number. I called and there was no answer and there was no voicemail. I just want my package/want to know when I can pick it up? Ugh. Annoying.

It was written on my package and my friend who came with me had to stop them from arguing with me. I don't enjoy going to pick up my packages here at all.

I was in today to pick up some small items and add he rudely asked how I was going to take the heavy packages. I told him I would get them in two days because I need to get a truck. He could not seem to understand the delay. He also likes to broadcast and repeat my name all the time. I guess my name is very novel to him. Complete idiot that should not complain about doing his job - taking packages.

The person who works there has outstanding knowledge about products and services. They're professional and super friendly! They offer photography services (Canadian passport picture, permanent residence application picture, others country visa application picture) only $9.99 which is cheapest price in the city. Wellington Cleaners also offers 5 pieces dry cleaning for $29.99 only. I strongly recommend shoppers to shop there for postal services, dry cleaning services and photography services.

Had a very expensive high end Canada goose jacket that needed cleaning and was skeptical based on the reviews.. They offered a very fair rate of $60 vs $100+ for other cleaners.. My jacket was pretty grimy from winter car snow removal.. And it came back looking brand new Highly recommended

A lot of the negative feedback here appears out of whack compared to my experiences. I read a few reviews and the one consistent thing I'm seeing is that these people are poorly picking up their parcels. I'm admittedly not making things complicated so I guess no supposed wrath experiences for me.

Another customer in line outside said the store staff was 20 minutes late the other day. This is the worst Canada Post outlet I've ever been to. It is inconsiderate to open late, especially with such strange inconvenient hours of operation. And they are also a dry Cleaners. Can't imagine many professionals dropping off and picking up their dry cleaning during these hours.
P	Patrick Burt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply, Wellington Cleaners cannot be reliably counted on to be open during its displayed working hours. On numerous occasions, I have gone to ship or pick up a parcel, only to find out they were closed. I will be making a formal complaint with Canada Post.
