★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called twice for a tow and no answer the first time and disconnected the second time. Couldn't get threw on there business number so had to call there cell phone number. To much hassle at the time I was stuck out with a blown tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys came to me when I was stuck on a clay road. I'm from the States and didn't know the area very well. I guess I needed the full Niagara experience. And even though it was 4 in the morning, they remained friendly and professional. He even gave me a ride home in the tow truck.

The lady on the phone was so rude and mocking my questions, putting me on hold every 30 seconds! You should really consider giving your employees some customer service training so that they treat customers with much respect and consideration!! Even one star is too much!

They were very quick getting to me when I had broken down even took extra care to plug my transmission after dropping the to ensure my transmission oil didnt leak out onto the ground. Over all I was very impressed with there level of service. 8 will definitely be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with a car accident is never a positive experience, however, certain milestones along the way can be pivotal in ameliorating the overall situation. Welland towing, expressly my driver Grant , went a long way to making a bad experience better. Positive & professional, Grant was not only prompt, but kept in constant communication (without being intrusive) as arrangements were made to tow my car from Hamilton back to Bowmanville. I would (and do) wholeheartedly recommend Grant & the Welland Towing team to anyone needing any level of towing service.
