Y	Yen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful swimming pools in the world. Super clean and well maintained. Men’s restrooms are at one one of the bleachers. There are multiple pools here for all types of swimming.
A	Andrew Pergiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, but busy. Lap swam Sunday 10/20/2019 2pm. Up to 3 per lane, looping. $5 adult entry fee plus, Parking was a disappointing $4 per hour, then a 100 meter walk through a muddy construction zone amidst car traffic. Rain didn't help that. Although bright and pretty, the glazed white tile floor almost felt slippery and shows all dirt. The lap pool edge is high, younger strong swimmers can struggle and hoist themselves out on the stainless starting blocks, but when I tried , my being 220 lbs, I felt the block 'give' so used ladder. At 3:30pm as i was leaving, lanes cleared out, go figure right? Certainly recommend a visit, just give yourself plenty of time for finding a parking spot in the ramp and for walking to the big facility. Oh, other cool things I saw were foam canoes for kids in the lazy river, and water polo being played in polo pool by recreators on big inner tubes, first time I've seen those at any natatorium.

Awful that I tried to buy the memberships at the front desk, and I was told that the system is too slow, so they recommend me to go home and do it from my own computer. No busy and can't help at the front desk?.. I had my 4 and 5 year old excited about going back to the UBC pool, and the effort was blocked by not getting help. End of the rant. Buy your membership at home and book at time to visit this pool.
A	Andy Tai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the April break, the ubc pool has been completely disorganized in regards to the steam room. For patrons that go to the pool just for steam this is unforgivable. In the start of May, this can be tolerated as many guards and head guards are new. But it’s the End of MAY! The staff in the front desk are clueless for when the steam is open, often giving the completely wrong information, leading to wasted time; wasted scheduling and wasted effort. None of the other staff even know when the steam room is open, including the program coordinator. Lastly there is no online schedule to show when the steam room is open. As a result, I have been denied three separate times by guards whilst told the wrong information. For students there can be no refund. Terribly terribly ran.
