★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a tow truck to Emergency tow truck company Kerrisdale and Rendy, my agent, gave me a quote of $135 that I thought was extremely high but thought it was the normal price. I also had to make a deposit of $40 ( E-transfer to: GAGANDEEP SINGH AUJLA ) to get the tow truck to come (never had to do that with any other company before).
When the tow truck arrived I called the place to verify if it was the same company because it had another name on the truck.
When the guy finished he quoted me $101 and he explained that he always charges $85 plus tax for his service and that was the only charge. I told him that I already made a deposit for 40 dollars to the guy on the phone. He said that they don’t know those guys and I shoulded ask for my “deposit” back.
I called Emergency tow truck company Kerrisdale again to find out what was going on and Rendy explained that he gave me a quote that I agreed to (that is true). I asked for my receipt of the 40$ and he said that he needed to talk to the accounting dept and they were gonna send it to me. Obviously never happened.
I wanted to review this business and I want to warn everyone. I myself will call @CANADA REVENUE AGENCY to make sure that this business is legitimate.
