★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to pay for a ticket and I couldn’t pay it online so I came directly to the courthouse. They gave me a number and told me to wait, and when they called my number I had a phone call I had to take and the lady said she couldn’t help me because I was on my phone, which is completely fine and understandable so I went back and took a seat to finish my phone call. At this point there is literally no one here, so she couldn’t call another number. I finished my phone call as soon as I could and went back to the counter since there was nobody there, but the lady said that I had to take another number. Maybe the number is for their filing system so fine, I went and took another number and went back, then the lady proceeded to tell me she can’t help me now and to go back to the seat until she called my number. There is literally NO OTHER CLIENTS there.
