The public would like to know hours of operation to visit the courts, yet the google search on their website offers every piece of information except thew hours of operation? Please update your website.

He would come to me on several occasions and explain the legal terminology being used between the lawyers and judge and ask if I had any questions. He really went above and beyond to ensure accessibility to the public. Great experience!

I last spoke with Kathy and she rushed through the phone call then proceeded to hang up. She seemed very inconvenienced to have to process my payment over the phone. This wasn’t the first time I have had an unpleasant experience with the staff over the phone. I have called three previous times and have had the same experience: rushed and not friendly. The first time I called the lady told me I could not pay over the phone. I frantically tried to figure out how to mail a check in the correct currency until I double checked online and saw that there was a pay by phone option.

Anytime i ask a question they take time out of their busy days to spend tie helping me find answers to my question so i just wanted to send a public thank you.
