They were the most unprofessional, customer service lacking company I have ever dealt with. Went to pick up a package for a friend from out of town. She was told it would be ready at 8am. I got there at 8:30am and there was no package. I waited while they ran around looking for it. Nothing. They went on to print the napkins that were to be printed while I was there and gather the other stuff that was ordered. The manager came up to me and was extremely rude. She treated me like it was my fault and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing noted about it being ready for 8am. She also said that I was bothering her as she was gathering the order (which was supposed to be all assembled). I mentioned that their customer service skills were lacking and she said to me "I was not a customer" (she knew I was picking this up for a friend). Can you believe it!!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They did not care about the order. The box she handed me was ripped and torn on the sides and they never even sealed it. They knew this box was getting on the bus to be sent to my friend. I would advise you to never ever order anything from this company ever!!!!

Anyone else find it strange that they offer free shipping on orders over $99, but when you get to the end of the check out.... the free shipping takes twice as long as standard shipping!!! A little misleading and disapointing.... and how do you dip lower than standard shipping? Terrible marketing, but i already committed to getting product for several people to hit the $99 minimum. Just hoping they show up sooner than expected.

I made a mistake on an order (incorrect spelling on the embroidery) that wasn't able to be fixed due to time constraints, so I had to reorder that item with the correct embroidery spelling. After Ms. Alisha Balmer saw this in their system, she gave me an amazing discount on my reordered item. Weddingstar Inc., Alisha was kind and prompt in her emails, please take note of her when considering employees who excel in outstanding customer service. Thanks again!

A hidden gem for party/wedding planners/brides to be. You can order online and pick up in person to save freight and mailing costs. Pretty much everything you need is available here and the front end staff are freindly and helpful.

Ordered a robe for hubby for Christmas. Had it monogrammed. The robe is great quality, monogram looks great, and I received it in about a week. Will definitely be proud of selecting Weddingstar to order from. Price point is incredible, I was skeptical of quality because of price and pleasantly surprised.

On behalf of an employee of Weddingstar, it's pretty interesting how instead of taking back your current employees after layoff, you decide to hire brand new people and kick your previous employees out the door during these difficult times. If you didn't want to take back some people after layoff, why not give them a simple phone call to let them know? Instead of dragging it out giving them hope of receiving a call to go back to work. No sense of professionalism. Instead of lying about not needing them yet, tell the truth to your employees. If you're not taking them back, tell them.

I bought face masks online direct from official website (weddingstar.com.au) thinking I was buying from an Australian company, however, when my parcel arrived the labels indicated that they were from a Canadian company. This would explain the 10 working days delivery time & the high postage charges ($A19.95-$A24.95) for depending on whether I chose regular or express service - this was equivalent to one additional mask. However, when I later found the masks advertised on Amazon.com & as a Prime member I was able to arrange for my the additional mask I ordered to be shipped at no additional postage; it arrived in a very timely manner. Postage aside, once the masks arrived I was very pleased with them. They are very attractive & extremely comfortable to wear. Fitting the filters is very easy, especially compared to other reusable masks that I have purchased that have smaller "insertion slits" & ones which are not as conveniently placed. It is suggested that the masks are hand washed in cold water & if hot water preferred that you dip the mask in boiling water for 60 seconds after it's cold water wash. Hung dry & smoothed out to prevent wrinkles. All masks in these photos have been machine washed (warm cycle) while placed in a 'delicates' bag, then folded in half hung over clothes line to dry this minimising wrinkles (inside & out). No shrinkage was noted after laundering.
