I would not recommend Weather Pro Windows. They have installed a quite expensive front door, over 3K, and year later the paint started peeling off! This is not a high quality product as they say on their website. Called the office multiple times, they have finally, after calling them every morning about two weeks, sent a technician to check it out. Technician came, took pictures, said they had to order some replacement pieces and left. I am writing this 3 months later, nobody contacted me yet with the repair date. I keep calling their Edmonton office...hopefully they will repair the door. :( Spend no money with them if you don't want stress and bad product! ______________________________________ Just the latest update - my door is finally fixed! Thank you Weather Pro! Had to happen long ago. But we appreciate you sent a technician.

Dealing with this establishment was a bad experience. First I was told that the windows would be in in July of last year ... My windows did not get installed until September... I ordered a very expensive fibreglass door.. The top frame was pieced together. I was told that my window rebate would be in in October...After numerous phone calls and no action I finally received my rebate in April... Again numerous calls about the door and someone came out ... chipped the new paint job above the door and in the frame put a white nail... for what I do not know... I called to get this looked at and they sent out the same person ... He caulked the door and painted the nail.. Unprofessional job... Why would you send out the person who messed it up in the first place to fix it? I was in tears.. My frame on the living room window is coming apart as well.. I now have drapes on the window which will cover it. I have had numerous Chats, calls and no return back except once and no message left... Obviously these people don't care about their customers... I have had a few people stop by with an interest in the windows and doors. I have held off giving information in the hopes that Weather Pro would provide exceptional after service... Unfortunately they did not and I am passing this information onto anyone who is thinking of dealing with this company. Thank you.

Had our windows installed in July of 2019. The install team did an excellent job, my issue is with any communication with the office. It is now January 2020 and I am still waiting for a response about my government rebate. Several emails over the past 4 months with no response. Phone calls only give lip service as they say. They tell me they are waiting on their accountant. It all seems like BS to me. My guess is that if I don’t follow up and bother them that they will never send my rebate and pocket the money themselves. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I requested for a quote and they didn't reply for weeks. Then they called me on Monday and advised me a agent will come to my house on Wednesday between 6-8pm. NO one came, No one called to even apologize. People who can't even come or give a quote, will give you a good product and service. I would never trust them. Seriously, Weather Pro have shame. I sat and waited and waited. I find the reply given was poor. Your head office lady is so unprofessional, its unbelievable. She thinks that that we are substandard people and she just urges. This is the reason I wrote the review. She behaves and treats people with disrespect. On your other points of corona, if that is the case, please be honest and don't look for new business. If giving a quote is such a task for your company, how are you going to install it. 3-4 WEEKS just to get a quote, (FYI I still don't have a quote)'.

Disappointed with the level of service and finish with our windows. We paid good money to get these installed in to our house ($5,000+) and the installation was obviously rushed/not complete. There were multiple issues after installation that we contacted WeatherPro about and they deliberately ignored our phone calls and emails about having someone come to fix the issues. These were not minor issues either, WeatherPro left an entire screw 3/4 undone inside the window and also didn’t finish the trim on the inside of the house of the window. If you don’t finish a job and only rush to complete it, I expect someone to come back and do it properly or at least inspect substandard work if a complaint is made. We have not received that service, or courtesy, and therefore in a competitive world, service is everything and thus, my poor review.

The installation crew was courteous and professional. All around it has been a pleasure to interact with Weather Pro company. The windows are aesthetically pleasing and they operate smoothly. A great value and enhancement to the home.

Had new windows done a year ago. Super happy with the service, quality of work, and final product. Peter did our estimate and provided the best quote of the 3 companies we called. He was always just a phone call or text away when I wanted to make changes to my order. Ivan and Roman, our installers, did great work and went above and beyond, even offering to replace some old, overcaulked J-Trim for me free of charge (providing I ran out to Home Depot to grab it for them). My house is over 100 years old, and all the framing was different sizes, and none of it plumb or level, but they took the time to make sure all the windows, capping, and moulding fit nicely. Again, very happy with everything. I'm even reaching out to them again this year to provide a quote on some additional windows I'm considering having replaced.
