It's close to where I live so I go there to save time but it seems that they always have to call ICBC to ask a question so I get stuck there, sometimes for hours, while they wait on ICBC which can take over an hour.
They always seem to find a way to make the simplest of transactions a long and tedious operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Waypoint insurance. I have had my insurance through Waypoint for years and have always been very satisfied.
However, today they went above and beyond in customer service.
I had inadvertently let my car insurance lapse. The date of the sticker on the plate was later this month and when I reviewed the reminder letter, my insurance had actually expired 5 days ago.
I used messenger on their website, sent in an online request to renew and in no time... I was renewing via email and telephone. They provided a step by step process which was very easy to follow as there is no "in person contact" at the office yet.
I so appreciate the supportive, prompt and efficient service to have me back on the road so I can to go work. Thank you for a job well done to each and every person who helped me correct my error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really not liking the new phone system. I call the Willow Point number and end up talking to Qualicum Beach location. They don't know me the way my local branch does and any arrangements made need to be repeated and relayed to Campbell River any how. Feels very 'big bank' impersonal and I am not a fan. Service at the local branch is very good but what is the point of automation if it doesn't work smoothly?
