★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke with Shaundra on the phone must say that is some awful customer service. Greeted with nothing but attitude just for asking about a payment date. I was then told "Well yeah that day falls on a weekend I'm not sure of any bank who does that on the weekend!" (in the most condescending voice) I was also given attitude about her not being ready to type my license number after I had already provided this once. I will be taking my business else where thanks to this specific employee and might be worth a review in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly helpful and friendly staff! I just moved from out of province and went to this location to setup home insurance and change over my drivers license and vehicle registration. Since Manitoba operates differently than Alberta I was quite confused. But Chandra, Deb and Evan were all super helpful and each of them took the time to thoroughly walk me through my options and answered all of my questions. It made the whole process so easy and I’ll definitely continue coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When trying to make changes on my insurance payments the guy seem to be clueless and needed help from another co-worker. Than tries to get you to sign up for something else. The new guy didn't listen to what I the customer wanted. The co-worker assistant helper could see I was getting frustrated and than FINALLY talked more but not till I'm getting annoyed and not being heard.
If your going to train staff. They need to listen to what there customers are requesting for any changes they want on there insurance payments. Better english talking so people can understand staff to. When you can't understand the employee and they don't understand the customer, that's where the co-worker is transferring information what there saying.
This took 20 minutes to get done.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT HAPPY!!!!
