★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dropped off and picked my ATV for service. Very friendly and helpful. Owner Sandy helped me unload and reload ATV on trailer. Service well documented and reasonably priced. Mechanic answered any questions I had. Work completed on promised time. Only did work required and did not try to push anything unnecessary on me. Highly recommend and keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a complete joke. They will take your credit card and make unauthorized purchases. My boyfriend got the run around and was forced to wait another week for a part that they incorrectly ordered. Then they turn around and charged him extra on his credit card....twice! What a joke!. The manager Christine told him to come back today (Monday) so she could get it sorted out and that they would have the correct part in, of course she was not in today to deal with the issue. Very very poor customer service! When we asked to speak with the owner they told us no one has seen him in five years...? They really do not take care of their customers and they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Joke of a business!

I can’t thank Steve enough for accommodating all my requests for assistance, changes and advice as I worked through my order to delivery. Each visit I was treated like my business mattered and my satisfaction mattered more!! We’ll done and many thanks for making me a happy ATV owner!!

This is my first dealership bought sled I was definitely a little hesitant to leave my snowmobile for a small oil bin issue as its been a very big purchase for myself. I felt very assured they will take care of my sled and I have my fingers crossed they can get me back on the sled riding for my beginning of March Cochrane trip. All in all they have made me feel like this is my new place to bring my sled from here on out. Two thumbs up guys.
