K	Kevin Hosking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent an hour wandering downtown looking for breakfast. Passed Beltliner, REDS...all the breakfast gigs. Then I saw your corner of real estate carved out. Thought, cool. Walked in, prices are spot on, it's busy. Gotta be something good going on here. And it's busy. Only problem being, my ham and cheese on rock salt. They handed it to the table of 5 that were before me. I kinda knew it might be mine but said nothing. After 5 people had unwrapped it to look at it and say not mine, it was back on the counter. Chick also ate the pickle out of it.. I inquired about my purchase and was handed the musical chairs bagel. Great food, poor execution. You guys owe me a pickle
A	Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bagel is good! Location is not organized when it comes to ordering. It was a busy Sunday and I had to wait over 25min!!!! for a bagel. I wasn’t able to hear when they call … just need to be more organized Salmon was 2 thin slices (over 13$) It was a long waiting line and not sure when you're on the order is ready. The music was loud which didn't help. Sorry but i would not wait 25min.

Regardless of my experience, that’s a good thing to see in a restaurant. I’m seeing a lot of good reviews here, so maybe I just came on a bad day. Despite there only being one person in front of me, my order, a single sandwich, took over ten minutes to complete. When I got it, I was pretty dissatisfied with the lacklustre presentation and minimal ingredients. That’s literally three pathetic capers on one half. The bagels tasted ok, but are not comparable to Montreal style bagels (St Lawrence on Memorial is far more authentic and has superior prices and portions). Considering my sandwich came to almost $14, I really can’t see myself going back. Look at that teensy little slice of dill pickle! Everything was just really mediocre and overpriced in my opinion.

However the various flavored cream cheeses and toppings are an awesome addition if you're looking for a bit more substance. Staff have always been great and friendly. And the prices are actually quite reasonable considering location and everything.

That girl Alyssa, was super nice and helpful and really topped off the experience.(left a big tip) 100/10 definitely check it out!

If you're expecting authentic Montreal style bagels they are not quite the same. They don't have that same level of sweetness, but this is to be expected since they have a wide variety of flavors for their bagels. From sweet to savory. The Rosemary bagels were delicious as were the onion and garlic flavors. If you're looking for something different for breakfast or lunch, you can not go wrong with Wayne's bagels. Parking may be an issue but if you get their early enough, you can park on the street or in the lot beside Wayne's before the neighboring restaurant opens.
