R	Rick Pelletier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a new facility but it is set up pretty efficiently. Two ice pads, two smaller shooting pads - good for goalie training and shooting accuracy. Large bar/ lounge upstairs, but the view is lacking as there are obstructions. The view on the Blue rink is a little better than the Red though. The really neat aspect of the Wave Twin Rinks facility is the fact it has the off-center training facility upstairs. There is the skating treadmill, space for dryland workouts, and other options for player development. Overall the facility is great for practice and training, but not the best to host or view a game.
R	Ryan Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot get a hold of anyone at this facility either by phone or email. I have sent multiple emails and called several times. Most workers phone voicemails are full so that you cannot leave a message. I have tried to register my son by sending an email with his registration and no reply from anyone. Come on people, I understand that it is difficult times with covid but at least companies like canlan get back to you. I guess I’ll just deal with them from now on!!

My biggest complaint is that there aren't any water fountains. You have to buy a $2.00 bottle of water from the vending machines! Make sure you bring drinks with you if you ever go here!!
L	Liz Beth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hidden arena with great learn to skate classes for the little ones in your family. The ratios are way better than community centres and the teachers really take the time to help out or focus on each kid's skills or problem areas. I have seen tremendous improvement on my 5y.o.'s skating ability. He is even skating backwards, jumping, stopping and turning already after 3 classes. The season runs 10-11 classes and I can't be any happier with the prices. We will definitely keep coming here. There are many scheduled classes, leagues and various ages as well. The only issue I'd say is the orientation and welcoming for the first few classes was a bit cumbersome as we didn't know where to go or look and there wasn't anyone directing or any signs really telling us where to go. Just asked around. But would be helpful if for the first few classes they put signs or easier to follow directions for the newbies rather than be expected to know how things happen here.
C	Cody Lusk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice is always too soft and thin. You can see the concrete though the ice. The lines are almost never repainted more than once a year. They disappear fast. Edit- Since writing this review, Pub21 is the new bar at the arena. There is now a decent selection of beer and the usual pub-fare. Service is good as well.
A	Angelika Kowalik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During these covid times I can only be happy with the way things were conducted. The boys hadn't played hockey in so long. It was great treat for them! Each boy had to come dressed and were given stations in which they could put on their skates. The woman running the arena came out to have the boys come in. We didn't get to go inside to watch or anything but we were happy for them, even if they were only doing drills. We felt very safe. They took care of us quite well
