Gong Show to deal with.

They called CAA, gave me a coffee, and shelter. Their customers were so pleasant and relaxed. It is an amazing building suppply place!!! #best customer service ever

Now I must drive 2 hours to pay for the order. In these COVID times everybody else wants a credit card over the phone and there is no fraud if it is set up properly. Just bad business service.

First, I was treated with poor customer service from the lady at the front desk. Second, They tried to charge me $160 for 40 masks. Now I understand supply and demand. But there is a line you cross when you are gauging people during a pandemic. Especially contractors that need them for work. Save yourself a ton of money get a box of 40 3M N95’s from Sherwin Williams for $35

The order for our basement reno wasn’t huge (about 60 sheets of drywall, mud, cornerbeads and tape). Delivery was very fast and I received the order when I wanted it. The 3 person delivery crew was fantastic. They were friendly and took care to ensure that there was no damage to either the sheets of drywall or our home. Thank you for a great experience.
