M	Melissa Salter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful at all! A minor went missing and they took no steps to locate the minor by pinging the phone device. Brushed it off as nothing. The officer was not very empathetic in a scary situation. Very appauled!

I admitted to my mistake right away and told him it was uncharacteristic of me to do that. The police officer cut me a break of 350$ and 3 demerit points... i will continue to have a clean driving record thanks to him and i will never do that again!

It was early morning on May 23 2020 and nobody around. never the less, i had a pleasant experience with this police officer and he let me go. I admitted to my mistake right away and told him it was uncharacteristic of me to do that. The police officer cut me a break of 350$ and 3 demerit points... i will continue to have a clean driving record thanks to both of them and i will never do that again and right the way I had I different understanding of life being a black young man . Never judge anyone ....I pray God to protect these two police officers and their family and all police around the world!

Holding cell had a very welcoming atmosphere. With only a 5 minute drive from my house I will definitely be get arrested by them again, for sure! (10/10)

I came on the 4th business day and they told me it wasn’t ready . The most annoying part about it was that the police officer at the front desk was being disrespectful about it

They do not do their job thoroughly or with any level of diligence, they never aide the public when people come in with problems rather the police wait until the crime happens and they just show up to clean up the mess and then blame the victim. LESSON: DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF CRIME IN WATERLOO REGION OR ELSE THE POLICE WITH HURT YOU MORE! crime pays in these cities sell your values as the cops have.

The Officer went to the offenders home, sees the other vehicle with damage but claims since they won't answer the door...there is nothing he can do. We've tried calling through the ridiculous phone maze this department has set up and been hung up 4 times without reaching a human being. We went to the operator once and recieved nothing but attitude. What have we learned? If you're involved in a hit and run, be the offender, it pays off. We have reached out to our MP's office. Your department is pathetic.
