S	Sandra Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience getting my passport at the Kitchener office. The staff were all friendly and helpful and supportive. I had such a mental block about getting a passport but it was painless and fast. We got the passports within a week of application and did not have to wait too long in line for the initial application process. Since we were walk ins (no appointments) we got to the office 30 minutes before it opened and were all done by 9:45-10am. Good job Kitchener!

I was there at 5AM on Tuesday and was first in line. 10 minutes after I got there, another person showed up, then another and another and so on. Waited outside from 5AM-7:30AM when they opened the doors to the building and then you make your way down to the passport office (straight down the hallway). You get to the doors of the passport office and wait another hour (but your warm!). The doors opened at 8:30am and I was in right away. They verified I had all the right documents and proof of travel (I must add I had no appointment), and I was out within 15 minutes and get to pick up in 10 days! The key is to go early, yeah it'll be cold but well worth the wait. Bring a blanket, chair and some coffee.

I needed an urgent passport to travel within 3 days and got my passport in 48 hours, but also saw someone whose passport was not ready due to some issue, so you'd better request it sooner than later.
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Lined up at 6:30am. There were 25 people in front of me. They let us inside the building @7:30 one hour before opening. Once the office opened we were in and out within 2hrs hours. Applications were processed very quickly and easily, staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Overall very impressed. This location is becoming just as busy as others as people in line were from all over the GTA.
J	Joel Walton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are organized, professional and efficient. They get 5 stars. The federal government gets 2 stars for underfunding this service. The only reason I only gave 4 stars was the workload they face. The government needs to increase staff and locations for these services so people don’t need to take so much time off work and drive so far for their passports. I lined up at 6:38 am on a Monday morning and was out by 9:38 am, but there were a couple hundred people in line behind me (estimate). One line formed in front of 101 Frederick and another line in front of 40 Weber. Both doors opened automatically at 7:30 am (office opens at 8:30 am) and both lines merged. Probably preferable to line up at 40 Weber. Thanks to the courteous and professional staff. Very competently and professionally served by Marley.
A	Audra Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried booking an appointment online and got one 1 month out so I decided To go on in person. I prepared to be there all afternoon. Got there around 1230pm. Out by 2pm. So pleasantly surprised. It could be the great service or a good day! I wanna say the latter. Very organized. Clean. Polite. I only have good things to say about the experience. Reid was excellent and very polite and professional. I definitely recommend this site for your passport needs.

Once the office opened we were in and out in under 1 hour, even without having an appointment booked. Kelcey processed our three applications very quickly and easily. Overall very impressed and so happy that everything ran smoothly :)

The experience: My wife and I reached at 11.30 AM and looking at the long line, almost gave up. The security guard was kind to give a heads-up that it might take 2-3 hrs on the line and 2 hours more once inside. We contemplated on the wait, but the line moved fast. We were in by 2.30 and after another hour, we are done. Special thanks to Chris, the official at our counter. He was quick and thorough. Had a good conversation as well :)
