★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melanie watched over our two kitties from Feb 24th to Mar 3rd and we could not be any happier! Murray and Melanie came over to our house ahead of our trip, took time to learn about our kitties and explain services they provide. It was clear right away how serious Murray is about care for all pets and how qualified and trained his staff is. We felt confident and comfortable to leave our furries in their care. Thanks to Melanie and Murray we came back to happy, healthy kitties. Will definitely use their services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I would go out of town, I would have Waterloo Pet Services (aka Janice and Murray) come by to check in on my 4 cats. The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to!
I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby. I highly recommend Janice and Murray and WPS. They have fair prices and they care very deeply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Janice and Murray watch our cats over the holidays and they were wonderful. We got daily updates and photos emailed to us which we appreciated. They were also very responsive to us when we had questions and cleaned up any kitty messes that happened in our absence. They were even able to get some snuggles out of our scaredy cat which is no small feat. It was clear to us that they are passionate about animals and are great at what they do. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to have found Waterloo Pet Services! My dog loves his walkers and they are extremely caring and reliable. He has a good block of time between his walk and when I can leave work, but he is never climbing the walls when I get home and I know he’s had a great time with WPS! I love that he gets sniff time and play time and lots of snuggles! Greatly appreciate that he has his very own journal too! Just an exceptional business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Murray & Janice are very professional and prepared. Super accommodating with our changing schedule and need for last minute dog visits. Always knew our dog was left in good hands. They would feed, walk and give medication to our dog without charging for all of these little 'extras.' Don't think twice about trusting your pets with their company.
