A	Anna Radionova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched the unit in this place, and we are a respectable IT family with stable income. Current unit residents looked not that reputable. The unit was kept dirty, full of old, low conditioned staff and had terrible smell. I am pretty sure it's full of cockroaches. And imagine, they rejected us as perspective tenants without any calls, inquiries and even providing the reasons. Horrible attitude and the rental itself is not worth its price.

Also at one incident I applied for tenancy here, but the leasing office informed me later that your application got rejected saying the reason we got a tenant who earns more than you. I never heard such response anywhere else before that.
T	Tooba Jahangir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't live here, but last year got appointment for tenancy or viewing couple of units, after 1 hour waiting they told only one unit is available now u can't see both units. After one week they replied you are not eligible with this job letter if you can add your partner's job letter, I did submit my husband's job letter to be approved but after few weeks and after so many calls that I made they said your application is rejected because we got other tenant who earns more than you during this waiting time I last other units that was available at that time. Now again when I am checking online there is a unit available but when I am asking to see the unit they are saying it is not available. I really don't know what is thier problem why they are wasting our time. One more thing, when someone applying to rent, they definitely know they are affording it.

The location, "vertical community" and management team are second to none. But what I appreciate most is their quick response to any issue that may occur. A very special thank you to this building's "Maintenance Guru" Raymond who has gone above and beyond by coming within a matter of hours to address problems with lighting, water supply, etc. You all make the Waterford a great place to live :)

Raymond has been here since before we came along and he has always looked out for us and others. He has always been friendly, kind and very good at his job. When it is Raymond's job to complete a tasks: that task is always done 100% well and fast. This is a good place to call home.

No noise from neighbors but the construction is atrocious within the building. It's understandable to renovate but its almost every day and the banging and sawing never seems to stop. Other than that, love my views :).

It is a friendly place to call home and any serving that I have requested has been completed in a timely manner. Raymond is the best! He is friendly, helpful and has a fabulous work ethic. I'm glad I chose this building for my home.

They have been very friendly, accommodating and they are very much on top of work orders to quickly resolve them. Management can make a major difference living in a building, I would much rather live in a bit of an older building and have great management than have a brand new building with a management that does not care. I’ve personally experienced horrible management in a building, and it heavily impacts your quality of life. I’m happy with my unit, it has been recently renovated before I moved in. Overall I am satisfied after extensively researching for a place to live.
