G	Gary M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the City of Edmonton suddenly decided they were no longer collecting rubbish from churches, we were left scrambling; Fortunately, Waste Connections was on the ball, and left us a flyer outlining their services. Upon contacting them, I spoke with John P., he was very responsive and forthcoming, communication was all done electronically, including signing the contract, and everything went quickly and smoothly. The pricing seems quite reasonable, now we just wait for the bin and see what the service is like. ;)

They service several of our sites and I have been incredibly happy with the service provided by our account manager, Anna. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure service needs are met, responds quickly and actions requests right away.

The excuse was gas increases then carbon tax, and the list goes on and on. My monthly cost had doubled in a matter of months. I complained and they decreased the monthly cost for 1 MONTH. I found a company offering the exact same service and bin size for half the monthly cost. This company was not interested in price matching even though we have been loyal customers who have always paid their bills on time. I will never look back!
S	S Gautron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this company. If you need to cancel before the 3 years is up, they still charge you as if they were rendering the service. They call it charges for damages. Who do these guys think they are? Damages! When I signed up they told me that they would charge me $40 a month and they charged me that once. The rest of the time its been 58, 70. I've even seen 100. And that's not with the service fees. They charged me $25 because someone was blocking access to the garbage. Since when is that my fault? Looking at their small print it even says they can jack up my rate and if I don't complain then that means I agree with it. That's double standards! If I sign a 3 year agreement then the price should be locked in at that rate! Like I said, don't use this company. They're as crooked as they get.
