M	MakinA \\ Wake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok it gets your car wet I guess. Not awesome but in a pinch it'll do the job. Staff aren't too friendly, and the lot they are on is terribly laid out..doesn't give much room to navigate to the entrance.
T	Tanis Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Maple Ridge location to get an undercarriage blast. You can’t do that on its own so we paid $17 for the better car wash. The station attendant was nice. When we got home and my husband crawled under the truck to do some work, it was still dirty and the dirt wasn’t even wet. The water hadn’t even touched the dirt let alone blasted it.
J	Jessica Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are so unbelievably argumentative, both times this week I have stopped to vacuum my car to have issues with machines eating my money or tokens. Staff argued both times pretty much calling me a liar, for my token to shoot out and prove him wrong that they were in there. Did not apologize and continued to defend himself. I’m not a confrontational person so there was no need for the attitude. Staff need proper costumer service training other than washing tire rims.
D	Des Szumlak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here today.. a guy named "Darwin" went out of his way to help me and provided excellent customer service this guy should be promoted immediately! Definitely recommend stoppin by Washworld if you ever need a quick wash.
B	Brianna Arsenault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a touchless car wash, paid 25$ for it and after the whole thing finished, my car looked the exact same as it did when I got there. Complained to the man working there and he was kind enough to put 5 minutes on the self serve, but that wasn't even enough time to finish my wash, so I had to put MORE of my money into this place. Super disappointed in the price for what you actually receive.

I'm pregnant so I'm not physically able to wash my own car and my normal place I would go to was already closed for the evening, but my car was in dire need of a wash! So I decided to try Washworld for the first time.... and it will definitely be my last time! When I got home and inspected my car, oh my goodness was I disappointed! I was embarrassed that I actually drove home with my car looking the way it did. I had a lovely spiraling design in dirt on the hatchback and dirt streaks running down all sides like running mascara... I called their Customer Service line during business hours and got their voicemail, left a message to request a refund and have yet to hear back still. If you want EXCELLENT Customer Service and a Quality result, interior and exterior for pretty much the same cost - go to my normal place Target Detailing in Coquitlam!
J	Jaime Knowles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got a free code for a wash with my oil change. Went in on my morning off special trip to get my car wash as code expired in a few days. Code would not work so the gentleman who was the assistant this day called the main office to try some troubleshooting however the code was still not work on any of the machines. I was surprised to hear that the office had no way to be able to over ride and provide a wash as my car is now covered in soap as I did a pre scrub. The solution was to have the attendance pay with his own money so that I can get my car wash which left me feeling guilty. So thank you sir for your generosity but was not a great experience overall. I think this could’ve been handled more appropriately by head office rather then asking employees to pay for their faulty equipment
A	Andrew Sheldon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car for a wash one week after a full detail(so it really wasn't that dirty), and after the $22 top touchless wash, the car looked 10 times worse than it did before! We called in and explained the situation, and to their credit, they did give us a code for another wash, which we did immediately. The second wash did less than the first one! The car looked awful afterwards!? This wash used to be great, and has been steadily declining since. Save your money folks.
