J	Janaya G-A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at 9:45 on Saturday night to get change for bus fare and the guy behind the counter was so rude to me about needing change. His exact words to my asking for him to break a $5 bill we’re “no, actually, I don’t as I’m closing in 10 minutes and I’ve already put the change away” as he looks aggressively at the clock, then back to me. Now, I understand the frustration, however I needed change for bus fare and considering it was during store hours, my treatment was unacceptable. Service is usually alright here but that was enough to make me not go back. Staff should be respectful in their communication with customers, not degrading and rude. Simply unacceptable

They get you in by having a low price of $127.9 for regular (bronze) gas but then gouge you big time by charging $I.48 got Silver (mid grade). Out of curiosity I went by the Petro Canada a block away who also had the same $127.9 price for regular gas but their mid grade was at $1.43. Five cents difference may not mean much but, on a 40 liter fill, it's an extra $2. The only way they'll change is if enough people take their business elsewhere and/or complain. On a side note, even though Shells pump price stated $1.48 per liter of Silver, when I asked for a receipt, it's actually priced at $1.489, which is closer to $1.49. Why mislead people??? If you doubt me, get a receipt the next time you fill up there and see for yourself!

j	jason king on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to use this gas station everyday, unfortunately recently the management has hired some tiny young Indian girl, she is the most unhelpful person ever, such a rude little girl, never smiles, talks behind other customers backs, this used to be a good place, but when I witnessed her mocking a little old lady in her 80s, enough is enough, you can be rude to me all you want, but treating an elder like she did, is entirely unacceptable on any level. Shame on you for treating a human being this way and shame on the management of this gas station for hiring such a rude girl...
J	Jessica Canil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They packed an uner order for me... I ordered the deal of 2, 2 litre drinks. I received 2 ONE litre drinks. AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. She said I didn't specify they needed to be cold... said it's not her fault. And wouldn't take responsibility for the order mishap claiming she didn't know who packed it. The one drink we opened is completely flat and tastes like there's dirt in it. Terrible service ?
