Dyers didnt work and i asked her if it is working or not politely, she said “all the machine is woking and you are the problem” i am not definitely coming back and will tell all my friends to not to come either.
N	N A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time going there, I needed to wash multiple big blankets and I asked the lady with the ponytail to explain how everything worked and how much everything would be. She seems frazzled, very rude and unfriendly and yelled at me. I was like "Why are you yelling at me? I'm going to leave then." And she started yelling and saying "Get out, Get out". Very disappointing. Especially because the first time I stopped by to check when they were open, another lady with short hair was super friendly and told me she would walk me through everything when I brought! Do some customer service training please!

Took in a comforter to be cleaned by them.Person (who I think was the owner) was rude and kept interrupting me when trying to give instructions. On pickup, with a bill of $21.25 for only 1 item, she tried to charge $1.00 SERVICE CHARGE for using debit to pay!!!!! When I questioned the charge she became rude and aggressive. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again and I suggest that you look for an alternative before going to this place.

A	Andre Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go here, the water doesn’t get hot, this was my third time here, I asked the two different ladies working there (on two occasions) why my clothes wont wash in hot water (When i specifically selected hot water on their machine) they both told be they got the hot water tank fixed a day before & that could be why, they conveniently told me that when i felt the cold water filling up the machine. They can at least be more honest & upfront or simply refund me my money, because i rather take it somewhere that gets it cleaned the way i want it. The machines are visibly old and the lady tells me the inside works like new, lol? Like really, do they think people are that foolish?

I didn’t argue back until she started insulting me and being very unreasonable. I understand that they are moving but the place was dirty, smelly and they had very outdated machines which I realized when I ended up leaving and going to the Monster Wash at King and Jameson. That one is so much nicer, cheaper and friendly staff. It’s slightly farther but much more worth it for the quality of machines and services.
