N	Natalie V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far, this is the place to go for laundry services! Perfectly located and easy to find. Owners are friendly, interesting and classy. The people working there are kind and efficient, and there is always lots of laughter and good music (I care about such details). Most importantly, the place is clean, and, should you choose wash and fold, your laundry is expertly folded and bagged (I had to see for myself how this was done, and no, I can’t duplicate it), and returned to you quickly. They offer unscented laundry care as well for those with sensitive skin, the ability to pay remotely, pick up/delivery, and even big bags to purchase for laundry transport. All of these details are vitally important as a person with a very demanding career and businesses and a family and home to care for. I had never done laundry service before and felt that this offering was for “others”: perhaps wealthier people, or those who just had no interest in housework; I was wrong, this is for everyone, and everyone is welcome. I highly recommend laundry care at this establishment. It’s a good place.
S	Shareen Hylton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too expensive and HENRIQUES LEVY have zero professionalism.. absolutely rude and I asked if he can have his driver bring up laundry as my mother is disabled he replied “I’m sure my drivers would find lugging up your laundry annoying but I guess I’ll have no choice” … I OVER PAID for a service I’d expect you to at least do that
K	Keisha Norman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really sure if 3 stars is right, but this was my experience I washed my duvet but since the washing machine at my apartment is small it got water stain so I decided to schedule a pickup, they reached about 40min outside the time frame which is an hour earlier or later than agreed, I got back my duvet the same day which I was impressed with, at simple glance looked cleaned. When I took it out of the bag it felt weird kinda soapy, have a yellow tint look and the stains are still there they just folded it so it won't show unless I completely opened it. I have sensitive skin they advertise they use eco friendly items however I ended up itchy and red.

Special shoutout to Nicole, the driver. She was fantastic, friendly & observed all the protocols. We were so impressed. This is the first time we are using your services and we are blown away. You have no idea how much your company has lightened the load for my parents (they haven't had a chance to do laundry and it would have been quite a lot for me to do). Again, thank you. We're so happy to have found your company. We'll for sure use these services again in the future!

In the last three times, domylaundry has either been a no-show when it came to picking up my delivery (and said nothing about it afterwards) or came at a crazily different pick-up or drop-off time than I initially confirmed for. I am not going to be using their services as result of this. For example, the last time I used their service, I scheduled a 8 AM pick-up time (which is within the mere TWO HOURS they give you: between 7 AM and 9 AM). I waited and almost got to work late trying to stay back home for them. Then, they call and text me at 10:41 AM passive aggressively telling me that the delivery person is here. They should have at least contacted me before 8 AM stating that they could not make it and offer another time. Also, they show up randomly to drop off your laundry as if their customers are not the ones paying for the service. They only have the same two hour time slot for laundry drop off: 7 AM to 9 AM so I obviously work my schedule around that but sometimes they just show up to my place at 9 PM to drop off my clothes and are mad when I am not home. Use another service.

Every mom should should give this service a try, its very affordable, and you never have to remember to change the laundry. The kids don't run out of clean undies because there was no time to do laundry or you just didn't do it. Another plus is the hydro, water and gas bills are significantly lower. Thanks to Do My Laundry, a bed bug incident that started in my home was caught before it turned into a huge problem!! Just give it a try you will not regret it.

We scheduled Thursday AM pick up for all the units. More often than not, the laundry was cleaned and returned later that afternoon. The service is efficient, well priced and was a life saviour during the time where we didn't have access to our in-house machines. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again or to recommend Do My Laundry to others.
