★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WKA Lawyers was referred to us by a business friend. It did not end up as a good experience. Their fees were too costly, and not only were we over-charged, they also wanted us to pay $18.50 for an unanswered call, which we find comical. Meanwhile, of the calls we made to WKA, numerous went unanswered, but we decided not to invoice them on these calls. The lawyer, while being moderately professional, was very slow to our case and to respond to emails. Several times we had to wait over 1-2 weeks for a proper response. We don't think we'll go to WKA again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took then over 6 months to clear my land title from previous owner. They took no responsibility for their actions as to why they neglected to do a simple task that was paid for and placed blame on the other parties lawyer. Over the 6 months I have contacted them numerous times to no avail. Allan Warnock took over as my lawyer at the 6 month mark and did not reply to some emails sent but was very quick to reprimand me when I personally tried to contact the other lawyers office to get the ball rolling. I was trying to remortgage my home, covid and the move from BC took its financial toll on my family. I mentioned this several times to the lawyer and yet they still managed to not help me out by doing their job. Clearing a land title is a simple phone call and a 2-3 week waiting period, how incompetent if these people to not get the job done. Also very pricey, I would not recommend.

In an extremely busy time, they were able to make some very tight timelines and close the deal on time for me. On top of that, they even bent over backwards to help me out with a concern I had with the bank. 5 stars for everything they do!
