I have always had great service from their staff, helping find different sizes from the back, quickly getting a different size of an item while you’re in the change room and overall very friendly from the moment you step into the store to the end of your transaction. Unfortunately, the only good product is their jeans, but after you’ve washed them numerous times to get the weird smell out of them. The shirts all have twisted and seams come undone after only a few wears and washes. Not to mention the shirts don’t shrink the same. Some don’t shrink at all, while others seem to shrink 1-2 sizes. And they are the same style and material too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today needing a pair of jeans and because of the excellent service I found a couple of pairs and a bunch of new tops. Jaida and Brit are absolutely top notch. Will definately return to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter visited this location on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the evening. She noticed a green jacket on the mannequin and wanted to try it on. When she located the jacket within the store and went to try it on, the sales clerk walked over to her and told her the jacket would not look good on her because it would make her skin look yellow. My daughter put the jacket back on the rack and needless to say she left the store, thoroughly disgusted by the customer service she received. Do better Steinbach.
