They used all of the modern methods and technologies to list, show, and sell our home, and also to find us a new one. Communication with them was simple and convenient, which made the selling and buying processes easy; if you prefer communication via text, they accommodate.
They knew the best photographer: our listing photos looked amazing, which definitely helped get us many viewings. They knew our local market well, which helped us list at the right price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Jason now on the sale of three properties in less than a year and he is remarkable! If I had anything else to sell I wouldn’t hesitate to call him. The photographers they hire do an incredible job, we had two rental properties (so you never know what you are going to get) and our primary residence and the pictures were above and beyond expectations. Our last rental property sold sight unseen on the first day because Jason’s team contacted all previous buyers with the same property on the same close in the event one was an investor and would be interested in more of the same. His intuition was right and he got us the buyer and price we wanted. He is honest and knows his stuff. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.
